Mariana Gonçalves Daniel is graduated  in Electronics Engineering (2013) and MSc in Electronics Engineering (2016) both from the IST, Technical University of Lisbon.

Currently she is a second year PhD student in Informatics engineering and a member of CEOT at the University of Algarve. Her doctoral research investigates the application of machine learning techniques in non destructive classification of fruit and vegetable internal quality properties through diffuse reflectance spectroscopy.
